Underwear wholesale and retail company SIA Mona OK operating for more than 25 years is looking for a Purchasing Manager, a Purchasing Manager Assistant of the wholesale department.

We expect from you:

  • Good knowledge of English is MANDATORY;
  • High sense of responsibility and accurate execution of the tasks assigned;
  • Accuracy and ability to quickly respond to non-standard situations and requirements in a multitasking environment;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Willingness of development and self-education;
  • Skills to work with MS Office computer programs, Excel and Word mainly;
  • Interest in our products;
  • Clear and quick responses to incoming e-mails;
  • Good math skills and analytical mind.

As advantages of the successful canditaes will be considered:

  • Previous similar work experience in purchases and sales;
  • Previous work experience with the Chinese suppliers of textile groups of products.

  • Preparing orders, managing and monitoring of purchase process;
  • Communication and negotiations with our partners and manufacturers;
  • Search for new partners and manufacturers;
  • Creation of offers for our customers;
  • Ordering product samples and their inspection and analysis;
  • Solving issues related to organization of transport and logistics;
  • Creation, control and storage of documents;
